The P.E.E.R. Center is a drop-in wellness, recovery and support center. Operational since January 2007, our mission is to provide a safe place where individuals receive respect, encouragement, and hope that supports and strengthens their recovery in mental health, addictions and trauma.
The P.E.E.R. Center promotes empowerment through education and peer support, helping our peers take control of their own recovery.
The P.E.E.R. Center hosts a wide variety of services, including one-on-one and group peer support, recreational activities, a resource center and computer lab, a media center and other programs decided upon by our Associates (members).
We offer many and varied peer-led support groups each week. In addition to our mental health, alcohol and other drug and trauma informed support groups, we offer groups related to:
